Is your student constantly looking for school supplies (pencils, paper, eraser, etc. ) which is eating up valuable homework time? Are they digging & digging through the bottom of the backpack only to discover old, spoiled lunch or wrinkled up paper?
Is the surface of his desk hidden underneath a mountain of clothes, paper, video games, books? Hasn't been visible for quite some time? Not sure what you're stepping on when you enter the room? Is it safe anymore? Have objects lost their way home or never had a home to begin with?
Is your student suffering academically? Do you have concern your student will not be prepared for the real world? Having trouble managing time?
Are you being challenged with teenage clutter & chaos?

Summit Organizing CAN HELP!
I want parents to feel supported in this area, where it can feel frustrating & stressful. There are ways to help your student with his or her organizational skills. We have researched & through trial & success (not error), discovered wonderful school supplies & materials that really work. Organizing and keeping homework assignments, class notes, & permission slips in place is half the battle.
When our daughter transitioned from 4th to 5th grade, there was a breakdown of organization. She went from having 1 teacher to 5 different teachers, going from one class to another. It can be overwhelming & scary for little ones to learn this new transition. So I wanted to learn the best ways to teach & help her go through different classes seamlessly, while having class notes, supplies, lunch, & homework intact. Having gotten through 5th grade & it's challenges, our daughter is now 13 year old, who'll say unprompted…"I'm going to organize." Ahhh, music to my ears. The other best part is that she describes organizing as MAGIC.
I work with your student one-on-one to create an organized system of all school work that's tailored just for your student's needs.
The goal is to teach a lifelong skill. Time Management. Organizational Skills. So that she can arrive promptly for an interview after graduating from college. While in college, to arrive on time for classes, understand time management.
With our services, we'll lay the ground work with your student. The foundation he needs to thrive. We'll work with your daily life schedule.
